Depression and Anxiety Services
The Hull Depression and Anxiety Service is led by City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP CIC) and provides a range of local specialist help and treatment offered by organisations including Humber NHS Foundation Trust, Cruse Bereavement Care, Mind, Relate, Focus, Joan Pickard, Psychology Online and CHCP CIC.
‘Let’s Talk’, will make it easier for people to get help quickly for mental health problems such as mild to moderate stress, anxiety and depression and bereavement.
The new service is all about access and choice. You will be able to self-refer in a number of ways. You can ring, text or go online to make an appointment. Patients will be triaged over the phone and assessed face-to-face within seven days.
To make an appointment, phone 01482 247111, go to www.letstalkhull.org.uk or text TALK to 61825.
If you or someone you know has more complex or urgent mental health problems then you can directly contact Humber NHS Foundation Trust’s Secondary Mental Health service on 01482 336161.
